Decentralized Classical Education

Drop-off • Homeschool • Co-op

About us

At American Seekers Academy, we strive to provide an exceptional Classical homeschool program that goes beyond traditional co-ops using trained professionals and vetted curricula from highly acclaimed sources. Our members are proud of their American heritage and hope to instill in children a love of country, methods to self govern and a desire to preserve the illuminated entrepreneurial spirit for generations to come. While we place a strong focus on Literacy excellence and accurate History, students will also be given a well rounded education with a rotation of subjects including: Civics, Math, Science, Creative Writing and Art.

10 Week Programs

Details

A total of three 10 Week Sessions are offered each year and run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Parents receive a detailed monthly scope of lessons and events. Literacy is included in the daily flow for all three days while Art, Math, Science, History and Civics rotate. Assignments are tailored to suit the individual’s level.

Those who read, lead.

Our Yankee Doodles program kick starts your child’s education with a robust Classical foundation that includes musical and sensory play. Seekers are challenged to develop strong Literary roots, decode the English language and begin their journey into the Liberal Arts and Sciences. Pioneers and Patriots will refine their writing skills, explore free market possibilities and become expert debaters. All students will generate an unwavering appreciation and understanding of the beliefs and historical events that shaped America and ultimately the world.

Curriculum

Our course content and lesson plans are meticulously selected and inspired by time tested Classical materials, important people and historical events. We use a variety of resources and curriculums from trusted sources such as Hillsdale College, PragerU and the Tuttle Twins.

In addition to our rigorous Barton based Literacy curriculum, students will journey through the Trivium and Quadrivium subjects, memorize the Preamble, study Latin, get hands on with Art History and Design and learn to decode the English language like pros! At ASA, students will examine the lives and contributions of virtuous people, pioneers and inventors.

We emphasize the fundamental truth that equality and liberty are inherent to every individual and necessary for economic opportunity and political freedom.
