Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern the relationship between the Classical Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”) and students enrolled in its educational programs. By enrolling in the Academy, students and their parents or guardians (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) agree to abide by these Terms:

Enrollment and Admission:

  1. Participants shall provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
  2. The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment based on its admission criteria and available resources.
  3. Participants acknowledge that enrollment in the Academy is subject to payment of applicable tuition fees and compliance with any additional admission requirements.

Curriculum and Academic Policies:

  1. Participants shall adhere to the Academy’s curriculum and academic policies, including attendance requirements, assignment deadlines, and examination regulations.
  2. Participants shall engage in respectful and constructive behavior in class and follow the instructions of mentors and staff.

Tuition and Fees:

  1. Participants are responsible for timely payment of tuition fees and any additional fees specified by the Academy.
  2. Late payment of fees may result in penalties or restrictions on participation in Academy activities.

Code of Conduct:

  1. Participants shall adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct, which promotes mutual respect, honesty, and integrity.
  2. Participants shall refrain from engaging in any behavior that may disrupt the learning environment or harm others.

Parental Involvement:

  1. Parents or guardians are encouraged to actively participate in their child’s education by attending parent-mentor meetings, providing support at home, and collaborating with the Academy in matters related to the child’s academic progress.

Health and Safety:

  1. The Academy recognizes the right to privacy including the participants health. We ask to not come in if your child is sick.
  2. Participants shall promptly inform the Academy of any medical conditions or special needs that may require accommodation or support.

Privacy and Data Protection:

  1. The Academy shall handle participants’ personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
  2. Participants acknowledge and consent to the Academy using their information for administrative, educational, and communication purposes.

Liability:

  1. The Academy shall take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. However, it shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during participation in Academy activities, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Termination:

  1. The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of a participant in cases of persistent misconduct, non-payment of fees, or violation of these Terms or Academy policies.
  2. Participants may terminate their enrollment by providing written notice to the Academy, subject to any applicable withdrawal procedures and financial obligations.

Amendments:

  1. The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and the amended Terms will apply to all enrolled participants.

Governing Law:

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York state, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

By enrolling in the Academy, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines established by the Academy.

These Terms are effective as of the date of enrollment and remain in effect until termination or completion of the participant’s enrollment in the Academy.
